Arrowhead United Way is hosting free financial education workshops to educate the public on topics such as identity theft, basic banking, credit management & repair, money management, and housing services focusing on loan modifications, foreclosures & how to recover.
The Gateway to Financial Literacy program is funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 in cooperation with the California Department of Community Services and Development and Community Action Partnership of San Bernardino County. The goal of the program is to provide workshops to educate individuals and families, so that they may become financially independent and improve their financial stability

▪ Protect your Money & Identity- Tuesday, August 17, 2010, 5:30pm to 7:00pm; Feldheym Library and Thursday, August 19, 2010, 4:30pm to 5:30pm; Goodwill
▪ Housing Services – focusing on Loan Modifications, Foreclosures & How to Recover- Tuesday, August 24, 2010, 5:30pm to 7:00pm; Feldheym Library
▪ Repair your Credit through Money Management- Wednesday, August 25, 2010, 5:30pm to 7:00pm; Feldheym Library and Thursday, August 26, 2010, 4:30pm to 5:30pm; Goodwill
The workshops will take place at the Norman F. Feldheym Public Library, 555 West 6th Street, San Bernardino, CA 92410, and Goodwill, 8120 Palm Lane, San Bernardino, CA 92410.
