Title: Waitlist Manager
Description: The CASA Youth waitlist is maintained by the Waitlist Manager. The WM is a peer of the Advocate Supervisors. The WM's primary responsibility is the maintenance of youth waitlist and communication with the Advocate Supervisors to ensure that Advocates are assigned to youth in a timely and effective way.
Location: San Bernardino
Position Type: Part time
Salary Level: Depending on experience
Job Function: Administrative/Clerical, Non-Profit/ Social Services
Qualifications: Excellent organizational skill. Enthusiasm for working with youth and volunteers. Data entry experience, knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). Ability to deal appropriately with confidential and sensitive information. Experience and/or knowledge of VASA volunteer duties helpful. Experience in non-profit sector or with youth helpful.
