Position: Office Clerk
Description: Under the direction of the HR coordinator, operate the telphone systems and provide information to the public, GLC employees, parents and students; perform a variety of routine clerical duties as assigned to by the HR Coordinator, Co-Director(s) or design.
  • Telephone techniques and etiquette.
  • Professional greeting and salutations.
  • Modern office practices and procedures
  • Proper use of English and appropriate vocabulary.
  • Operating a computer and data entry techniques
Qualifications: High school diploma or one year of general office experience.
Location: Redlands, California
Position Type: Part Time
Desired Start Time: June 15, 2010
Approximate Hours Per Week: 15-20
